I would love to relax. Although my life isn't exactly Call of the Wild I am programmed to react to certain noises. Car horns, doorbells, and the fridge door opening. I can never truly switch off. I am at my most relaxed when I am active and distracted then things don't worry me. If I were human I might look at someone of the websites directed at helping me archive Relaxation and Mindfulness.
