Jobe's thoughts on Walking
My walk is the highlight of my day, apart from tea time. I walk in the morning and the evening, about five miles altogether. My owners have activated the pedometer on their smartphone and aim for 10,000 steps a day. That’s 40,000 steps for me. Walking keeps me fit and helps to keep my weight down. If I don’t walk for any reason it’s all right for a day. Longer than that and I will get irritable and lethargic and my fitness goes. That's why I need regular exercise. These websites give you lots of ideas on how to get and stay active, not just walking.
