I worked for 20 years in libraries in higher education before changing to the NHS. I joined the NHS to lead the creation of the NWAS Library and Knowledge Service. NWAS LKS is a virtual library delivered through the web, eMail and phone. This model is has now been extended to encompass a virtual library service delivered to the nine participating Ambulance Trusts in England. I look forward to working with you in the new service.
