Guide to the Literature of Paramedic Practice

Formularies

Formularies provide clinically validated information about drugs. In the UK the British National Formulary (BNF) provides information on prescribed medicines for adults. There is a companion service for children, The British National Formulary for Children (BNFC). Both services can be accessed online through an NHS Open Athens Account.
