The results of evidence search requests may be anonymised and shared where you give your permission. Each online search request has an Opt-In option to allow you to make a choice about wheather you want to share your evidence search results. Where searches are requested through other channels such as eMail you will be asked if you agree to share.
Anonymised information will be used for reporting on usage of LKS ASE services.
We will share your information with others where required to do so by law. We will never sell your information to anyone, or share it in a way not described in this notice without your permission.
