Tables of Contents (eTOCs) and Alerts

Recommender Systems work on your search history and other collections of data to recommend research you might be interested in.   You can find these services on publisher's websites.  The most you will need to do is register and sign up for updates.  Mendeley [ http://mendeley.com ] makes recommendations based on the articles in your personal database.  Services such as Sparrho [ https://www.sparrho.com ] allow you to create searches that constantly monitor journal articles for relevant content and collect material based on your search strategy.  You can further refine this by pulling out interesting material and curating it on a publicly available Pinboard.
